Munetrix
Currently highlighting MunetrixTM, a web-based tool to display and analyze municipal government fiscal distress indicators.

MunetrixTM is a web based information source designed to give instant access to financial information for municipal governments and stake holders. The tool allows for financial forecast and trend analysis including fiscal indicator scores and best-practice benchmarking.
In essence, Munetrix is designed to:

  • help a municipality identify signs of fiscal trouble through the use of industry approved metrics,
  • provide tools to identify what is causing the problem, and
  • provide forward planning tools to calculate the affect of proposed solutions.

Fourstream US, LLC
Recently signed an exclusive license agreement to represent Fourstream (Sweden) in the United States. An increasing number of Internet users are preferring to use their mobile devices to search the Internet. A standard website no longer meets the needs of mobile users. Fourstream is an "in the cloud" content management platform (CMS) for developing and hosting mobile websites. The finished product is a Smartphone-compatible website as opposed to an app. The site therefore does not need to be installed on the user's phone. The platform has been tested on over 400 models of phones; "create one site, browse on all phones".
